With our vast repertoire Igrandi Tenori we pride ourselves with all our remarkable performances we have rendered across the globe. We take pleasure in leaving a lasting footprint in the lives of youth in South Africa.

Welcome to I Grandi Tenori Online

I Grandi Tenori (The great tenors), established in 2011 and composed of three tenors from the Republic of South Africa. A decision to integrate these unique talented voices emanated from South African Choral Fraternity. The team is led by Managing Director Kwazi Theophilus Mhlongo, Artistic Director Sanele Mkhize and the three tenors are Ayanda Fitwell Zwane, Kananelo Timothy Sehau as well as Mlindi Aubrey Pato. The company is registered as non profit company under the section education and training. Apart from rendering world classes performances on stage I Grandi was formed by a determined youth with the aim of presenting a variety of talent in different fields. The team consists of artists, researchers, graduates, pianists, academics and leaders of great caliber. Proper planning and thorough research is done in order to come up with a model which will promote innovation in the Opera/Classical/choral music industry. The company is guided by principles and policies which are in line with the constitution of South Africa. The company was formed not only for singing but on the basis of empowering and giving opportunities to disadvantaged youth in Opera music to shine and live the dream of being successful opera artists. Most of the team members come from communities and schools were Opera music is not well recognized. As part of the empowering strategy, the team is committed in visiting youth in disadvantaged communities to provide full training as well as career guidance and motivation in general.
